Our Ceremony
We will be having a small, private ceremony at Beavertail State Park. The venue only allows us to have 25 attendees, including ourselves.
So, if you have accessed this page (and your name is below), it’s because we would like you to be one of them!
A reminder to please wear (mostly) black—white dress shirts or other accents are totally fine. Also a reminder that the ceremony will be taking place outdoors, overlooking the ocean—in case that impacts your decisions around attire, hair, etc.

Accommodations
We (Danielle and Kaplan) have opted to stay at an Airbnb in Federal Hill. If you would prefer a hotel, Downtown Providence has a number of options (Hotel Providence has a New England discount, for the locals), and is just five minutes from the reception.
If you need help deciding on an area to stay in, please reach out!
Additionally, if you are local, please let us know by April 1st if you will be staying in town on Friday (and need an Airbnb) or arriving Saturday.

Around midday, we will host a private all-levels yoga class at one of our favorite studios in the area, with one of our favorite teachers. Once we have chosen the time, we will update that here. We would love to practice with you all!
In the evening, we will have a lowkey rehearsal for everyone who has a role in the Ceremony, including:
Liam, Dave, Terrence, Tess, Kelly, Megan, Betsy, Dotti, Charlotte, Carter, Haileigh, Caitlin, Sloane.
We will likely do pizza and beer following the rehearsal, for which all of you are invited to join!

We will share more details about the morning-of/getting ready with our Wedding Party over the course of the next few weeks.
12:30 pm First Look (Danielle, Kaplan, Wedding Party)
1:00 pm Party Bus Leaves Providence (Location TBD). If you are arriving by car, there is plenty of street parking in Federal Hill, in addition to a number of parking garages in the neighborhood and Downtown. You might also use a parking app like SpotHero to book ahead of time.
If you have not yet RSVP’d for the Ceremony or Party Bus, please do so by March 20th.

Our hope is for everyone to have a little downtime before the Reception. We ask that everyone arrives at the Reception (for which there are details below) between 5:30 and 5:45 pm.

Following our private ceremony, we will be hosting a reception for our people in and around Providence, Rhode Island.
